This issue can also occur when running other AhsayOBM script files (e.g. Configurator.sh).
AhsayOBM was not able to obtain some of the computer information from the Linux machine. This is a known issue with AhsayOBM version pre-184.108.40.206.
To resolve this problem, patch the AhsayOBM application to version 220.127.116.11 or above.
