Ahsay Known Issue:
AhsayOBM Java crash "Java_com_ahsay_ani_util_nix_NixUtil_getLinuxCpuModel" at start of backup job on a Linux machine (3160)

Problem Description:
When performing a backup of any type on an Linux computer, the following messages are displayed:

Note:
This issue can also occur when running other AhsayOBM script files (e.g. Configurator.sh).
Cause:
AhsayOBM was not able to obtain some of the computer information from the Linux machine. This is a known issue with AhsayOBM version pre-6.25.0.0.
Resolution:
To resolve this problem, patch the AhsayOBM application to version 6.25.0.0 or above.
