If instructed by your Support Engineer, please follow the procedure below to zip and send us your Diagnostic logs.
1. Press the windows Key + R
2. Type %userprofile%\.obm and press Enter
3. Right Click The log folder and Select Send To > Compressed (zipped) folder
4. if you already have a Support Ticket open with KeepITSafe, please reply to the support email and attach your logs, if you do not currently have a support ticket open, please email firstname.lastname@example.org attaching your logs to the email.
